Helping your partners
Together, we empower mothers, building a supportive community for care and well-being.
Supporting your partner in difficult times is one of the key elements of healthy and harmonious relationships. It is an expression of love, understanding and readiness to help when it is most needed. tags.
In a relationship, we share both joys and difficulties, which requires shared responsibility. Supporting your partner, especially in moments of crisis, is a sign of maturity and a healthy approach to relationships. tags.

When a partner feels unwell – due to illness, stress or fatigue – it can significantly affect her emotional and physical well-being. It is important to take on more household chores at times like this and offer emotional support and space for replacement.
Taking the initiative in relieving your partner is not a sign of weakness, but of care. This can include everyday activities, such as preparing meals or taking care of children, but also providing conditions for rest. It is a gesture of love and care.
Support in a relationship should be mutual. Each partner may have moments when they need help and moments when they offer help. It is a mutual relationship based on trust and understanding.
Such interaction with each other in difficult times strengthens the bond, builds trust and cements the relationship, making it stronger and more resistant to challenges.

u003cemu003eIf you know a Mom who is sick – whether it’s a colleague, a close friend, or a neighbor.u003c/emu003ernrnu0026nbsp;rnrnu003cemu003eSupport groups have enormous power. It is a tool used in many situations – from groups for people struggling with the same problem to neighborhood self-help groups. The very awareness that there are people who are ready to help us brings peace and a sense of security. u003c/emu003ernrnu0026nbsp;rnrnu003cemu003eWhen we are sick with the flu or have a cold, the possibility of getting help from other women in picking up the child from school, kindergarten or shopping is beneficial. u003c/emu003ernrnu0026nbsp;rnrnu003cemu003eParticipating in a support group can help you understand that you are not alone in your difficulties. In meetings, we discover that other participants often face similar problems or challenges. They are accompanied by the same emotions as we do. Support groups are a treasure trove of knowledge and practical tips. And above all – a place where you can feel understood, heard and receive help when you need it. u003c/emu003ernrnu0026nbsp;rnrnu003cemu003eThe sister support group is also a counterbalance to social media, where we most often see the world filtered through rose-colored glasses. On Instagram or Facebook, mothers don’t get sick, they have well-behaved children and time for themselves. And in life? – We know ourselves that this is only half the truth – colds are a standard, children have their worse moments, and there is not enough time for everything and always. u003c/emu003ernrnu0026nbsp;rnrnu003cemu003eOne of the goals of our campaign is to help create local sister support groups, especially to help each other during colds or flu. If there is no such group of mothers supporting each other in your area, you can become the initiator of such a village and set it up in your city, district or housing estate. In this way, you will create a group whose members will be able to count on each other in a situation when they need help, during a cold or flu, or in other difficult life situations, which are not lacking when you are a working mother – right? u003c/emu003e
